Dual Plush is an engineered mix system based strictly on weight regulation. It combines one regulated mattress firmness with one regulated topper firmness to achieve either adaptive comfort or supportive precision – never random layering.

1. How do I choose the right firmness?
Start with your body weight. That sets the correct Dunlop firmness regulation. Then choose the engineered direction you prefer – more comfort adaptation or more support.
2. What is the DUAL PLUSH concept?
A complete sleep system: a latex mattress for structural support plus a separate Plush latex topper that regulates surface comfort and pressure. The topper stays free for better ventilation and can be replaced later.
3. Does latex sleep hot?
Natural latex is highly breathable. Our designs include breathable channels, and DUAL PLUSH adds an airflow interface between mattress and topper for stable temperature comfort.
4. What's the difference between latex and memory foam?
Memory foam absorbs heat and softens over time. Latex reacts instantly, holds shape for decades, and stays more temperature-neutral.
5. Is latex good for back pain?
A mattress is not a medical device, but regulated support and spinal alignment matter. Latex zoning helps distribute load and reduce pressure points.
6. Do you use foam, springs, or chemicals?
No PU foam and no springs. We focus on latex as the core sleep material. Covers are zip-off and washable.
7. How long do latex mattresses last and what is the warranty?
Typical lifespan is 20–25 years, with a 15-year warranty on the latex core. Covers are removable and replaceable separately.
8. Can I wash the covers?
Yes. Covers are zip-off and washable at 40°C. You can also order an additional cover as a spare.
9. I'm between options – what should I do?
Send your body weight, height, and what you dislike about your current mattress. We'll recommend a regulated setup and explain why. If you're unsure, DUAL PLUSH is a great solution – regulated structural support plus a separate comfort surface regulator (the topper), making the feel easier to match without guesswork.
10. Why don't you have a physical showroom?
We focus on engineered online selection. Dunlop firmness regulations and controlled mixes give you a secure way to choose remotely. A physical showroom would increase costs and push prices up by at least 35–40%, so we invest in manufacturing quality and a regulated system instead.
