Why Hotel Line exists
Many hospitality projects need a mattress that is durable, comfortable, easy to maintain and sensible in price. Hotel Line is built exactly for this situation. It gives hotels a professional latex mattress base with optional upgrades when more comfort is needed.
The concept is not to overcomplicate every room. The base mattress already provides support and comfort on its own. For higher room categories, guest suites or boutique projects, the optional 7-zone solid latex comfort layer can be added.
Shredded Latex Core with Solid Latex Layers
Hotel Line uses a durable hybrid latex architecture: a pressed shredded latex core, sealed between solid breathable latex sheets. This construction creates a practical hotel mattress with stable support and improved comfort.
Pressed Shredded Latex
The core is made from latex pieces that are pressed, bonded with latex foam and fused into a stable mattress base.
Solid Breathable Latex Sheets
The core is encased and sealed between top and bottom layers of solid breathable latex sheets. This improves the surface quality and supports a more complete mattress construction.

The standard Hotel Line base layer is Firm. Core thickness can be selected according to room level, budget and the comfort standard required by the project.

Standard firmness logic
The standard firmness of Hotel Line is Firm - Medium. The Firm part comes from the base shredded latex layer. The Medium part comes from the additional comfort layer when this upgrade is selected.
The 16 cm, 18 cm and 20 cm core options are designed to provide excellent support and comfort on their own. They form a robust foundation for hotel mattress use.
Optional 7-Zone Solid Latex Comfort Layer
The core options are already suitable for hotel use. For projects that need a softer, more refined guest feel, Hotel Line can be upgraded with a solid 7-zone latex comfort layer in Medium firmness.
Not Mandatory, But Available
The additional comfort layer is optional. It allows you to adapt the mattress to your hotel design, room category and desired level of guest comfort.
Two Comfort Directions
When an optional top layer is added, the mattress can be flipped. One side gives access to the firmer base feel, while the other side provides the softer comfort side.
How to choose the optional comfort layer
Choose 3 cm when you want a controlled comfort upgrade without changing the overall character too much. Choose 5 cm when you want a more noticeable medium surface feel. Choose 8 cm when the room category needs a stronger sense of luxury and deeper comfort.
This makes Hotel Line flexible enough for standard rooms, premium rooms, serviced apartments and boutique hotel projects.

Cover padding and total height logic
All covers include a 2 cm layer of cotton padding for extra comfort. This means the final product height includes both the latex construction and the cover padding.
Example: if a topper-style comfort product is 10 cm in total height, the latex core can be 8 cm, with the cover adding approximately 2 cm to reach the final 10 cm height.
