BIO COMFORT is a 100% organic Dunlop latex mattress built around a unique 7-zone cellular-capsule core and a dedicated 7-Zone Synchroniser layer. It delivers the Cloud Comfort effect — anatomical adaptation without sinking, orthopaedic support without tension, and the highest level of ventilation achieved in a natural latex mattress construction. Bio Comfort is not simply another organic latex mattress. It is a more advanced latex concept: a premium, made-to-order sleep system engineered for natural body alignment, precise adaptive response and a breathable, temperature-balanced sleep microclimate.
Every natural latex mattress already stands above most standard mattress materials. Bio Comfort goes further still. Through its unique cellular-capsule architecture, 7-Zone Synchroniser layer and Cloud Comfort engineering, this premium made-to-order organic latex sleep system delivers a level of anatomical adaptation, orthopaedic support and breathability that standard latex mattress designs — and conventional foam constructions — cannot match. This is what makes Bio Comfort a different category of natural latex mattress.
The 7-zone cellular-capsule core is inspired by natural cellular geometry. Each capsule contributes individual support, precise load distribution and an active ventilation channel. The result is a Cloud Comfort feel that standard latex mattress construction — with a conventional foam core — cannot replicate.
The 7-Zone Synchroniser layer adds a further dimension of adaptive refinement. Together, the two layers create a coordinated organic latex sleep system with anatomical-orthopaedic balance as the engineering goal.
The Bio Comfort Dunlop latex mattress uses a regulated firmness selection system based on body weight and proportions. This is not a marketing preference — it is a precision engineering method designed to guarantee the correct balance between anatomical adaptation and orthopaedic support. As a made-to-order latex mattress, your Bio Comfort is built specifically to your confirmed firmness selection.
Engineering precision, guaranteed. Our latex mattress is selected using the Dunlop system — just like choosing clothes by size. The right firmness for your body weight is the foundation of healthy sleep.
Firmness is not just a marketing name. For us, firmness is a regulation tool. It helps define how the mattress responds to your body weight and body proportions. The goal is always the same: the correct balance between anatomical adaptation and orthopaedic support.
Soft is designed for lighter bodies up to approximately 47 kg. It gives more adaptation and a softer surface response for people who need less resistance from the mattress. The 100% organic Dunlop latex surface receives the body fully without excess pressure.
Medium is the balanced regulation between comfort, adaptation and stable support. It is the most widely selected firmness and covers the broadest range of body builds. For average body weights, the Bio Comfort capsule architecture delivers both the Cloud Comfort effect and confident orthopaedic support.
Firm gives stronger resistance and more stable support for heavier body weight. It maintains the Bio Comfort adaptation and Cloud Comfort effect — the mattress still adapts precisely to the body, but with a firmer latex regulation beneath that prevents excessive sinking and maintains natural spinal alignment.
Body weight is the first regulation point, but human proportions also matter. The same weight can behave differently depending on height, shoulder width, pelvic pressure, sleeping position and how the body distributes load across the surface. This is why firmness is selected not as a random feeling preference, but as a regulated match between weight, proportions and support needs.
BIO COMFORT uses a 7-zone cellular-capsule core and a 7-zone Synchroniser layer. This means the mattress does not only carry the body — it adapts to the body with greater precision. The firmness regulation gives the stable base. The capsule architecture and the Synchroniser layer refine the adaptation.
This is how BIO COMFORT creates the balance between orthopaedic support and the Cloud Comfort effect.
The Bio Comfort anatomical-orthopaedic balance is achieved through two coordinated engineering layers. The 7-zone cellular-capsule core provides stable load distribution, precise zoning and active ventilation geometry. The 7-Zone Synchroniser layer — a dedicated functional layer in 100% organic latex — adds a further dimension of adaptive refinement above the core, delivering the Cloud Comfort effect: the body is received, supported and aligned without sinking.
Each cover is non-toxic, organic and naturally fire-resistant. Choose the textile that best matches your sleep climate and personal preference.
Best for air ventilation. A clean, neutral textile that lets the latex core breathe to its fullest.
Top side — 100% Cotton. Bottom side — 100% Natural Wool for breathable isolation. A two-season option in a single cover.
Excellent elasticity with added softness and antibacterial properties.
Luxury textile that enhances elasticity, reduces static electricity and promotes deeper sleep.
The most breathable cover in the range. Pure natural cotton allows maximum air movement through the surface, letting the latex core ventilate to its fullest. A neutral, calm textile with no added finish — ideal if you want the cleanest possible feel and the freshest sleep climate.
A two-season cover engineered around natural climate regulation.
You simply rotate the mattress to the appropriate side as the seasons change. One cover, two natural climates.
A blended textile that combines elasticity with added softness. The aloe vera treatment brings naturally antibacterial properties to the surface, while cotton and viscose deliver a smooth, gentle hand-feel and excellent contact comfort.
The premium cover in the range. Cashmere enhances elasticity and adds a luxurious soft touch. Silver ions provide naturally antibacterial behaviour, reduce static electricity and contribute to a calmer, deeper sleep environment.
All four covers include a 2 cm layer of cotton padding for extra comfort. The padding adds a soft pressure-distributing surface above the latex core. If your mattress is 23 cm, the latex core is 21 cm and the cover adds 2 cm, making the total height 23 cm.
Fire safety in Bio Comfort is achieved through naturally fire-resistant materials, not chemical coatings.
The result: natural fire regulation, full breathability, lower VOC load and a cover that is suitable for people sensitive to odours and emissions.
Adaptation should not mean sinking. Support should not mean tension. A 100% organic natural latex mattress is the only sleep surface that delivers both — high density for stable orthopaedic support and high natural elasticity for precise anatomical adaptation. Bio Comfort takes this further through its cellular-capsule core and Cloud Comfort engineering.
Adaptation without sinking. A natural latex mattress adapts instantly to the body yet holds it above the surface — no memory foam-style sinking, no pressure build-up.
Support through density and Dunlop regulation. Dunlop latex combines high material density with high natural elasticity, providing a stable orthopaedic support base and precise anatomical adaptation in one material.
Ventilation through geometry. The open-cell structure of latex, combined with breathing channels and — in Bio Comfort — the cellular-capsule core geometry, creates an active, breathable sleep microclimate.
Bio Comfort is engineered as a coordinated two-layer system. The 7-zone cellular-capsule core carries the load with zone-specific precision across shoulders, lumbar, hips, thighs, calves and feet. The 7-Zone Synchroniser layer above it adds an additional dimension of adaptive refinement — bridging the body and the capsule architecture with greater precision and contributing the Cloud Comfort effect. Together, these two layers form one of the most advanced engineering constructions available in an organic latex mattress.
Shoulders. More compliant, to receive the shoulder in side sleeping.
Lumbar. Reinforced stability that maintains a neutral lower-back line.
Pelvis and hips. Regulated support that prevents excessive sinking.
Thighs. Balanced distribution.
Calves. Supportive — helps venous return.
Feet. Final relaxation, completing the stretching effect.
The 7-Zone Synchroniser is a dedicated functional layer that sits between the body and the main 7-zone cellular-capsule latex core. It is not a random extra layer. It is a precisely engineered component of the Bio Comfort sleep system.
Most latex mattresses operate on a single core. Bio Comfort operates as a coordinated system. The 7-zone Synchroniser is what transforms a high-quality organic latex mattress into a multi-layer sleep engineering concept.
It supports the anatomical-orthopaedic balance that is at the centre of the Bio Comfort logic — helping the body align naturally while the Cloud Comfort effect prevents any feeling of sinking or pressure build-up.
The third key factor for quality sleep — alongside anatomical adaptation and orthopaedic support — is ventilation and thermal comfort. In Bio Comfort, ventilation is engineered to the highest level through the cellular-capsule geometry of the 7-zone core. This is not a standard breathable latex mattress. It is a natural latex sleep system where ventilation is designed into the architecture itself.
Ventilation is not a marketing detail. It is the third key factor for quality sleep, working alongside anatomical adaptability and orthopaedic support.
A well-ventilated mattress maintains a drier, fresher and more temperature-balanced microclimate across the whole night. This reduces heat build-up, lowers humidity around the body and limits the conditions that allow mites and bacteria to settle.
In Bio Comfort, ventilation is engineered into the geometry of the latex itself — the open-cell structure, the breathing channels inside each capsule, and the open spaces between capsules form an active airflow system across the surface.
From raw material to core to finished product, Bio Comfort is produced and verified inside the European Union with full traceability and a non-toxic, low-VOC profile.
The highest safety class, suitable even for sensitive skin and for babies. Valid for both the latex core and the covers.
Digital monitoring of mixing, foaming and vulcanisation for process stability across every batch.

Important: It is crucial to remove the brown transportation cover with the zip. Do not confuse this with the actual mattress – what you see in the brown non-woven fabric is only for transportation protection. Your mattress is inside this zipped transportation bag.
The mattress might not match the size you purchased if you attempt to install it with the transportation cover. Your mattress will fit the ordered size once you remove the transportation cover and the protective plastic.
Installation: Setting up your mattress can be a heavy task. We recommend having two people for this process. We often joke about this and say: “Carrying and setting up the mattress is 15 minutes of hard work and unwrapping, but then you’ll enjoy a lifetime of comfortable bliss!”
Latex Mattresses: Keep in mind that latex mattresses are quite heavy. Imagine carrying one giant piece of jelly – not so easy on the stairs, right? You can fold your mattress to help with stairs and corners.
We recommend placing the mattress on your bed while it's still in its packaging, THEN removing all packaging materials (1 zipped transport bag and 2 plastic layers). This helps to avoid unnecessary awkward lifting. This process should ideally be undertaken by two people, as it's not easy for one person to do it on their own.

In the sea of mattress options out there, a lot of the real expert and engineering value gets drowned out by marketing. Everyone talks about how comfortable their mattresses are, how much support they give – and the word orthopaedic gets thrown around like Coca-Cola.
If you’re reading this and thinking about buying a mattress – even if it’s not from us – no worries. At least you’ll know a few important things and learn how to spot the difference.
1. The “Made Locally” Marketing TrickWe keep seeing labels like Made in the UK, Made in Ireland and other grand marketing claims.
Here’s the truth: There are only four actual latex foam producers in all of Europe – in Belgium, Germany, Bulgaria, and Italy.
Producing latex foam is a complex, skilled technological process. Cutting, assembling and putting the mattress together is something else entirely. Just assembling a mattress does not make you a latex producer. Be careful with this.
No factory using the Dunlop process will ever mix in the Talalay process.
Both use the same latex base, but the moulding and finishing methods are completely different.
A plant producing both at the same time? It doesn’t exist. That’s just another clever marketing trick.
Trying to blend Dunlop and Talalay is another marketing move.
They’ll claim Talalay is softer and more luxurious – but it’s simply not true.
Engineering standards for firmness have nothing to do with the process itself.
Foam density is standardised for all firmness levels.
What some brands do is combine two different firmnesses – and then label the softer one as Talalay.
If someone tries to sell you a mattress with just a few inches of latex on top, then adds other foams or springs underneath, and calls it a latex mattress – that’s misleading. And expensive.
There is nothing better – in terms of quality and comfort – than a 100% natural latex mattress.
Everything else is just marketing. And yes, it’s clever marketing – but marketing nonetheless.
If a mattress is not made of 100% latex, do not accept it as such – even if the label says it is. Always check whether the entire mattress is truly made of 100% latex, or if it’s only the top layer.
If the mattress is made from other materials such as standard foam, memory foam, or any kind of synthetic foam – as well as springs in all their variations, including pocket springs or any other spring technology – then it is a hybrid mattress, not a true latex one.
Springs – no matter the type – cannot provide the same comfort that a resilient latex foam can offer. Foam is foam for a reason. It is more elastic, more fluid, and the adaptability it offers can never be matched by any type of metal.
Furthermore, metal accumulates and retains static electricity, which can affect brain function, cells, and the nervous system. And ultimately, what truly matters is deep, restorative sleep – and to achieve that, we need the cleanest and calmest possible sleep environment.
The purity of the materials in our mattress and bed is essential to our sleep quality.
Another key concern is memory foam and all other foams derived from synthetic petroleum-based materials. The difference here is significant – in terms of density, support, and adaptability.
But the biggest and most critical difference is air ventilation, which is of major importance to comfort. Latex foam is the cleanest, most effective, breathable and ventilated foam, helping regulate temperature and providing true sleeping comfort throughout the night.
The answer is very simple: because it’s breathable.
Latex foam is the most breathable mattress concept in the world. This is due to several key factors:
Now, what does this have to do with being hypoallergenic and antibacterial?
Again, the answer is simple: bacteria, dust mites, and mold love closed, unventilated environments. They thrive in places where air doesn’t move and moisture accumulates.
That’s exactly where our breathable system fights back – by creating a space where these microorganisms simply can’t survive.
As you may already know – or have learned from us – latex foam is one of the most breathable, natural and welcoming materials for healthy sleep.
Temperature comfort is often used in mass-market advertising in a misleading way. But let’s be clear – no mattress, no matter what it’s made of, functions as an air conditioner. The only temperature balance a mattress can realistically support is the one between your body and the environment of your bedroom. And this is exactly where latex excels beyond all other materials.
Latex mattresses feature natural ventilation through vertical air channels and an open-cell structure, allowing continuous airflow. This means the risk of overheating is virtually eliminated – unlike with memory foam and other petroleum-based foams.
Latex doesn’t heat or cool on its own – it simply adapts to the temperature of your body and the room.
Remember: the temperature of any mattress is influenced by two main factors:
What a truly breathable and well-designed mattress does is synchronise these two temperatures. Nothing more – but nothing less either. And this synchronisation is only possible when the mattress has air channels and a porous, ventilated structure.
Scientific fact: just before falling asleep, the human body naturally lowers its temperature by about 0.5 to 1°C. A latex mattress, thanks to its breathability, supports this biological process, making it easier to fall asleep and promoting deeper rest.
Sleep quality itself depends heavily on proper airflow – and this is not a marketing claim, but a real physiological factor that latex mattresses deliver by design.
With a latex mattress, you can be sure of one thing:
Consistent temperature comfort. No overheating. Ever.
The bed frame plays a key role in supporting the mattress, especially in terms of ventilation.
It does not provide comfort directly – that’s the role of the mattress itself.
If someone claims that the frame will make your mattress feel more comfortable, it’s likely a sign that the mattress itself isn’t performing as it should.
True comfort comes from the mattress core – not from what lies beneath it.
⸻
⸻
Any bed frame is better than none, as it enables ventilation and provides basic support.
However, some frames are simply better choices, particularly when paired with responsive, high-elasticity materials like latex.
There is no such thing as an “unsuitable frame”, but there are more stable, durable and supportive options that will better protect the mattress and enhance its lifespan.
⸻
Aside from standard slatted frames, there are other practical and effective solutions:
⸻
Most bed frames or ready-made bases come with slatted foundations included – which is great.
But if those slats are thicker and straight, that’s even better.
A quality slatted frame improves long-term durability and reduces the chance of mattress deformation.
⸻
Yes, you can.
A latex mattress can be placed directly on a flat surface. However, this setup won’t allow for proper ventilation, which is one of latex’s key strengths.
⸻
The bed frame is an important part of your sleep system – not for comfort, but for structure and function.
Choose a quality, well-constructed frame to ensure your mattress performs at its best and lasts longer. This is especially important with elastic, breathable mattresses like latex.
