Bio Comfort goes further through its cellular-capsule architecture

The 7-zone cellular-capsule core is inspired by natural cellular geometry. Each capsule contributes individual support, precise load distribution and an active ventilation channel. The result is a Cloud Comfort feel that standard latex mattress construction — with a conventional foam core — cannot replicate.

The 7-Zone Synchroniser layer adds a further dimension of adaptive refinement. Together, the two layers create a coordinated organic latex sleep system with anatomical-orthopaedic balance as the engineering goal.

Firmness is a regulation tool

Firmness is not just a marketing name. For us, firmness is a regulation tool. It helps define how the mattress responds to your body weight and body proportions. The goal is always the same: the correct balance between anatomical adaptation and orthopaedic support.

Soft — up to ~47 kg

Soft is designed for lighter bodies up to approximately 47 kg. It gives more adaptation and a softer surface response for people who need less resistance from the mattress. The 100% organic Dunlop latex surface receives the body fully without excess pressure.

Medium — 47–88 kg

Medium is the balanced regulation between comfort, adaptation and stable support. It is the most widely selected firmness and covers the broadest range of body builds. For average body weights, the Bio Comfort capsule architecture delivers both the Cloud Comfort effect and confident orthopaedic support.

Firm — 85–120 kg

Firm gives stronger resistance and more stable support for heavier body weight. It maintains the Bio Comfort adaptation and Cloud Comfort effect — the mattress still adapts precisely to the body, but with a firmer latex regulation beneath that prevents excessive sinking and maintains natural spinal alignment.

Why body proportions matter

Body weight is the first regulation point, but human proportions also matter. The same weight can behave differently depending on height, shoulder width, pelvic pressure, sleeping position and how the body distributes load across the surface. This is why firmness is selected not as a random feeling preference, but as a regulated match between weight, proportions and support needs.

The Bio Comfort logic

BIO COMFORT uses a 7-zone cellular-capsule core and a 7-zone Synchroniser layer. This means the mattress does not only carry the body — it adapts to the body with greater precision. The firmness regulation gives the stable base. The capsule architecture and the Synchroniser layer refine the adaptation.

Cover 01 · 100% Natural Cotton

The most breathable cover in the range. Pure natural cotton allows maximum air movement through the surface, letting the latex core ventilate to its fullest. A neutral, calm textile with no added finish — ideal if you want the cleanest possible feel and the freshest sleep climate.

Cover 02 · Double Sides — Cotton / Wool

A two-season cover engineered around natural climate regulation.

• Top side — 100% Cotton. Used in warmer months. Cotton is light, breathable and fresh, drawing heat away from the body.
• Bottom side — 100% Natural Wool. Used in cooler months. Wool offers breathable thermal isolation, retaining warmth without trapping moisture.

You simply rotate the mattress to the appropriate side as the seasons change. One cover, two natural climates.

Cover 03 · Aloe Vera + Cotton + Viscose

A blended textile that combines elasticity with added softness. The aloe vera treatment brings naturally antibacterial properties to the surface, while cotton and viscose deliver a smooth, gentle hand-feel and excellent contact comfort.

Cover 04 · Cashmere + Silver Ions

The premium cover in the range. Cashmere enhances elasticity and adds a luxurious soft touch. Silver ions provide naturally antibacterial behaviour, reduce static electricity and contribute to a calmer, deeper sleep environment.

Cotton padding inside every cover

All four covers include a 2 cm layer of cotton padding for extra comfort. The padding adds a soft pressure-distributing surface above the latex core. If your mattress is 23 cm, the latex core is 21 cm and the cover adds 2 cm, making the total height 23 cm.

Non-toxic passive fire protection

Fire safety in Bio Comfort is achieved through naturally fire-resistant materials, not chemical coatings.

The three principles of natural latex

Adaptation without sinking. A natural latex mattress adapts instantly to the body yet holds it above the surface — no memory foam-style sinking, no pressure build-up.

Support through density and Dunlop regulation. Dunlop latex combines high material density with high natural elasticity, providing a stable orthopaedic support base and precise anatomical adaptation in one material.

Ventilation through geometry. The open-cell structure of latex, combined with breathing channels and — in Bio Comfort — the cellular-capsule core geometry, creates an active, breathable sleep microclimate.

What the Synchroniser layer does

The 7-Zone Synchroniser is a dedicated functional layer that sits between the body and the main 7-zone cellular-capsule latex core. It is not a random extra layer. It is a precisely engineered component of the Bio Comfort sleep system.

Its role in the Bio Comfort construction

• Added softness — contributes an extra light comfort feeling on the surface of the already Cloud Comfort-oriented organic latex mattress

Why it matters for the design

Most latex mattresses operate on a single core. Bio Comfort operates as a coordinated system. The 7-zone Synchroniser is what transforms a high-quality organic latex mattress into a multi-layer sleep engineering concept.

It supports the anatomical-orthopaedic balance that is at the centre of the Bio Comfort logic — helping the body align naturally while the Cloud Comfort effect prevents any feeling of sinking or pressure build-up.

Ventilation is not a marketing detail. It is the third key factor for quality sleep, working alongside anatomical adaptability and orthopaedic support.

A well-ventilated mattress maintains a drier, fresher and more temperature-balanced microclimate across the whole night. This reduces heat build-up, lowers humidity around the body and limits the conditions that allow mites and bacteria to settle.

In Bio Comfort, ventilation is engineered into the geometry of the latex itself — the open-cell structure, the breathing channels inside each capsule, and the open spaces between capsules form an active airflow system across the surface.
