Soft is designed for lighter bodies up to approximately 47 kg. It gives more adaptation and a softer surface response for people who need less resistance from the mattress. The 100% organic Dunlop latex surface receives the body fully without excess pressure.
Medium — 47–88 kg
Medium is the balanced regulation between comfort, adaptation and stable support. It is the most widely selected firmness and covers the broadest range of body builds. Firm — 85–120 kg
Firm gives stronger resistance and more stable support for heavier body weight. Important: It is crucial to remove the brown transportation cover with the zip. Do not confuse this with the actual mattress – what you see in the brown non-woven fabric is only for transportation protection. Your mattress is inside this zipped transportation bag.
The mattress might not match the size you purchased if you attempt to install it with the transportation cover. Your mattress will fit the ordered size once you remove the transportation cover and the protective plastic.
Installation: Setting up your mattress can be a heavy task. We recommend having two people for this process. We often joke about this and say: “Carrying and setting up the mattress is 15 minutes of hard work and unwrapping, but then you’ll enjoy a lifetime of comfortable bliss!”
Latex Mattresses: Keep in mind that latex mattresses are quite heavy. Imagine carrying one giant piece of jelly – not so easy on the stairs, right? You can fold your mattress to help with stairs and corners.
We recommend placing the mattress on your bed while it's still in its packaging, THEN removing all packaging materials (1 zipped transport bag and 2 plastic layers). This helps to avoid unnecessary awkward lifting. This process should ideally be undertaken by two people, as it's not easy for one person to do it on their own.

1. The “Made Locally” Marketing Trick
We keep seeing labels like Made in the UK, Made in Ireland and other grand marketing claims. Producing latex foam is a complex, skilled technological process. Cutting, assembling and putting the mattress together is something else entirely. Just assembling a mattress does not make you a latex producer. Be careful with this.
2. Dunlop and Talalay – Two Different Technologies
No factory using the Dunlop process will ever mix in the Talalay process. Both use the same latex base, but the moulding and finishing methods are completely different.
3. Mixing Technologies – Another Gimmick
Trying to blend Dunlop and Talalay is another marketing move. Engineering standards for firmness have nothing to do with the process itself. Foam density is standardised for all firmness levels.
4. Hybrid Mattresses – Expensive and Misleading
If someone tries to sell you a mattress with just a few inches of latex on top, then adds other foams or springs underneath, and calls it a latex mattress, that is misleading. There is nothing better in terms of quality and comfort than a 100% natural latex mattress.
