Returns and Refunds Process: • Returns are free, and refunds are 100% guaranteed. • Free Returns Collection time frame: 10-12 days after return notice. • Full refund is generated 3-5 business days after the returned item arrives at our depot. • Cancellation refund (before shipping) takes 9 working days. Trial Period and Guarantee: • Your trial period ends 50 days after delivery. • If you are not satisfied during this period, please notify us for a refund or exchange. • Your guarantee ensures that your mattress will be free from sinking or other deterioration of the latex core. Claims and Exchanges: • Clients must provide an image for confirmation of claims for non-existing damage. • A sink of at least 2 cm will be accepted as damaged, with refunds processed within 7 working days after collection. • Exchanges are only valid for the latex core, and clients must keep the original brown packaging for returns. • Refunds and exchanges are guaranteed. Insurance and Bed Frame Conditions: • Insurance does not cover damage to the bed frame or bed. • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the bed frame or bed is in good condition before installing the mattress. • If there is a problem with the mattress, it can be determined by moving it to the floor. • If the same issue persists, a replacement or refund will be processed. • It is important to double-check the condition of the bed frame or base, as a damaged base can affect the mattress. • To ensure the issue is with the mattress, it is recommended to place it on a flat surface. Free Returns: • If the return is arranged by us, then the return is free.
