Important: Real Latex Foam Production
It is important to distinguish between real latex foam production and pure marketing claims. There is no latex foam production in the UK at the moment. The real latex foam factories are in Germany, Belgium and Italy.
Cutting, gluing, upholstering and adding covers to ready-made latex blocks is one thing. Producing the latex foam itself is something else.
Dunlop and Talalay are different technologies, with different machines and process logic.

Correct The Mattress You Already Have
BIO SUPPORT follows the same engineering firmness logic as our latex mattresses. Firmness is selected as a body-weight regulation, not as a random comfort preference. Height is then chosen separately, according to how much correction your existing mattress needs.
Soft
0–48 kg. The most adaptive regulation for lighter body weight, calibrated to balance adaptation with stable support.
Medium
49–87 kg. Balanced regulation for the main body-weight range and stable everyday support.
Firm
88 kg and above. Stronger regulation for higher body weight and greater support demand.

Light correction and fine-tuning.
