BIO SUPPORT Organic Latex Topper
A natural latex correction layer for people who want to improve the comfort, support and surface feel of their existing mattress without replacing the whole bed.
100% Natural Latex
Natural rubber foam with 100% EU certified production, fully traceable origin and a dense, elastic structure built for long-term use.
Dunlop 7-Zone Logic
The seven-zone geometry improves body positioning, helps calm the spinal line and reduces pressure in shoulders, hips and lower back.
Three Firmness Options
Soft, Medium and Firm are selected by body-weight regulation, not by random comfort labels or showroom-style guesswork.
Four Height Options
8, 10, 12 and 14 cm let you choose between light fine-tuning and a much stronger transformation of the existing bed.
What BIO SUPPORT Actually Does
BIO SUPPORT adds an even, elastic comfort layer that smooths out irregularities and removes the feeling of springs, seams or hard spots. The topper keeps your body more on the surface instead of letting you sink deeply. This helps you turn easily during the night, without fighting the mattress and without extra tension in shoulders or lower back.

Feel And Comfort
When you lie down, the feeling is different from what you sense when you press with your hand or sit on one spot. Your body weight is spread across the seven zones, the spine rests in a calmer position and pressure in sensitive areas is reduced. This is where the plush feeling comes from – a soft touch at the surface with stable support underneath.
Added Bonus
As with our mattresses, every BIO SUPPORT topper comes with 2 bonus Classic latex pillows 40 × 60 × 14 cm. This gives you a complete natural latex sleep system – base mattress, topper for fine-tuning comfort, and latex pillows for better neck and shoulder alignment.
Important: Real Latex Foam Production
It is important to distinguish between real latex foam production and pure marketing claims. There is no latex foam production in the UK at the moment. The real latex foam factories are in Germany, Belgium and Italy.
Cutting, gluing, upholstering and adding covers to ready-made latex blocks is one thing. Producing the latex foam itself is something else. Latex foam production is the most complex and most expensive process among all foam types. It requires specialised equipment, engineering teams and tightly controlled production lines.
Another key point: one and the same factory cannot produce both Dunlop and Talalay latex on a single production line. These are completely different technologies, with different machines and different process logic. Claims such as “our factory produces both Dunlop and Talalay” are technically impossible in one line and should be treated as a sales trick, not a fact.
When you compare latex products, remember that at the base we are talking about the same latex milk and comparable densities. The difference comes from the execution technology, the quality of process control and the honesty of the information. Our latex is made with 100% EU certified production and fully traceable origin – this is why we emphasise it clearly.
Benefits
If you want to improve your mattress or simply add an extra layer of comfort, the BIO SUPPORT topper is the best choice. Natural latex foam derived from rubber trees has the highest density of all foam types, ensuring maximum support and an upgrade for your mattress.
You can use this topper as an additional option to enhance a latex mattress or to increase the height of your bed, providing strong anatomical support and comfort. Available in heights of 8 cm, 10 cm, 12 cm and 14 cm, the BIO SUPPORT topper offers varying levels of support and adaptability. Keep in mind that the taller the topper, the more support and adaptability it provides.
While a topper can’t offer the same qualities as a full mattress, it will effectively and significantly improve your mattress and, therefore, your sleep. The high-density latex support makes it a reliable solution for enhancing your mattress. This topper is a definitive solution that can be combined with any mattress. If combined with a mattress from our collection, it creates a perfect synergy, enhancing the overall natural sleep environment.
Trust the Dunlop firmness regulations to feel calm and confident. This is an engineering method designed in line with body weight, created to guarantee the maximum balance between anatomical and orthopaedic performance. Be sure that our ultimate goal is complete, restorative, and deep sleep.
Correct The Mattress You Already Have
BIO SUPPORT follows the same engineering firmness logic as our latex mattresses. Firmness is selected first as a body-weight regulation. Height then defines how strongly the topper changes the surface feel and correction depth of your existing bed.
Soft
0–48 kg. The most adaptive regulation for lighter body weight and lower support demand.
Medium
49–87 kg. Balanced regulation for the main body-weight range and stable everyday support.
Firm
88 kg and above. Stronger regulation for higher body weight and greater support demand.
8 cm
Light correction and fine-tuning of a good mattress.
10 cm
Noticeable upgrade. Balanced comfort for most beds.
12 cm
Deeper comfort and stronger correction.
14 cm
Maximum plush feel with stronger support contribution.

Which Firmness Should I Choose?
The right firmness is chosen first by body weight. BIO SUPPORT follows the same regulation logic as our mattresses:
- Soft – 0–48 kg
- Medium – 49–87 kg
- Firm – 88 kg and above
These are not random showroom comfort labels. They are firmness regulations designed to create the correct balance between anatomical adaptation and orthopaedic support.
If you are in the lighter body-weight range, Soft is usually the correct regulation. If you are in the main average body-weight range, Medium is usually the correct regulation. If you are in the higher body-weight range, Firm is usually the correct regulation.
The goal is not to choose by guessing whether you personally “like soft” or “like firm”. The goal is to choose the regulation that matches your body weight so the topper performs correctly under your body.
The current condition of your mattress helps you choose the height of the topper and the level of correction. It should not override the body-weight firmness regulation.
How Does Height Change The Feel?
Height determines how strongly the topper will influence the final feel of your bed. The higher the topper, the more it contributes to comfort depth, pressure distribution and correction of the existing surface.
- 8 cm – ideal when the mattress is already relatively good, but you want extra comfort and a clearer seven-zone effect
- 10 cm – the most balanced choice for most people: a clear upgrade without completely overpowering the mattress
- 12 cm – strong feeling of change, suitable for uneven, rough or slightly worn mattresses
- 14 cm – maximum plush feel and strong anatomical support, especially when the existing bed needs a more serious transformation
Examples And Typical Combinations
- Lighter body weight up to 48 kg – Soft regulation, with 8–10 cm for light correction or 12–14 cm for a stronger comfort upgrade
- Main body-weight range 49–87 kg – Medium regulation, with 10–12 cm as the most balanced upgrade for many beds
- Higher body weight from 88 kg and above – Firm regulation, with 10–14 cm depending on how much correction and comfort depth you want
- If your mattress is old, uneven or tired, increase the height for stronger correction, but keep the firmness regulation matched to body weight
A Synchroniser Between Your Body And Mattress
BIO SUPPORT does not only change how the surface feels. It changes how your body weight is distributed across the bed.
Body Contact
The topper takes the first contact with your body. When you lie down, the latex yields slightly in the shoulder and hip areas, supports the lumbar area in a more stable way, and spreads your weight over a wider surface.
Real Sleep Feel
This means fewer pressure hot spots and less need to twist and turn in search of comfort. On your side, the shoulder goes deeper into the material. On your back, the pelvis stays more controlled.
Stable Support
The result is a cleaner balance between anatomical adaptation and orthopaedic support. Your body does not fight the mattress – the topper helps both work together.
Open The Full Comfort Explanation
Natural high-density latex with seven zones helps to reduce pressure points in shoulders, hips and lower back, keep the spine in a more natural aligned position, and maintain stability without uncontrolled sinking.
Do Not Judge The Topper While You Are Sitting
A latex topper cannot be judged correctly when you press it with your hand in one single spot or sit on the edge of the bed and watch how much it sinks.
These are high-pressure, unrealistic scenarios that have nothing to do with how it behaves when you are lying down and your weight is spread out.
Which Body Areas Benefit The Most?
- Shoulders – side sleepers whose shoulders press into a hard surface
- Lower back – when the pelvis drops or the mattress feels too rough
- Upper back – on firm mattresses with little adaptation
The seven-zone structure is designed so that the shoulder zone is more accepting, the lumbar zone is more supportive, and the leg zone is balanced and stable. This creates the feeling of an ergonomically balanced sleep system: your body does not fight the mattress – they work together.
Why BIO SUPPORT Rubber Foam Is In A Higher League
BIO SUPPORT is made from natural latex – a rubber foam derived from the milk of the rubber tree. This is not a random foam, but a material with clear physical properties: high density, elasticity, stability and controlled sinking.
Latex Vs Foam
Most foams on the market are PU, HR or memory foam. Natural latex is rubber foam. The key differences are density, reaction and durability.
Elastic Control
Natural latex responds quickly and springs back. It does not hold you in place like memory foam. It feels more alive, more reactive and more predictable.
Durability
High density means slower wear and tear, less change in height over time and a much lower chance of local holes or collapsed spots.
Rolled Latex Material View
Open The Full Natural Latex Explanation
- Does not sag quickly and does not form dips like low-cost foams
- Feels springy and alive, not sticky or slow-reacting
- Makes it easy to change positions without getting stuck
- Works silently – no metal, no noise, no springs
On memory foam the body sinks in and stays “locked in”, with a more closed and warmer feel. On natural latex you sink in a controlled way – the material yields, but immediately returns support. This helps you turn easily and not fight the bed in the dark.
Durability And Stability
With natural latex, the key word is lifespan. High density means slower wear and tear, less change in height over time, and a much lower chance of local “holes” or collapsed spots.
BIO SUPPORT is designed to work long term as a stable, elastic layer between you and your mattress. It is not a temporary patch for a year or two – it is an investment that keeps its shape and support under normal use, when placed on a decent base.
Rubber Foam Feel
- When you lie down – the material takes your shape, but does not “lock” you in
- When you turn – the topper reacts immediately, without delay
- When you get up – the surface quickly returns to its original state
Different Body Areas Need Different Support
BIO SUPPORT is not just a flat slab of latex. Inside, the core has a defined 7-zone geometry that changes how your body lies and how it is supported.
7-Zone Support Material View
Open The Full 7-Zone Support Explanation
- Allows the shoulders to sink enough without feeling “punched” by the mattress
- Keeps the lumbar area and pelvis more stable and supported
- Lets legs and feet rest on a calmer, more balanced zone
What Do The 7 Zones Mean?
- head and neck zone – calmer, without unnecessary hardness
- shoulder zone – more accepting, so it does not push the shoulders up
- lumbar zone – more supportive, to keep the spine better aligned
- pelvis zone – stable, so you do not drop in the middle
- zones for thighs, knees and feet – balanced and steady
Stretching Effect On The Spine
When the seven zones work together, you get a light stretching effect along the spine. It does not feel like something is pulling you – it feels more like lying on a calmer, more even geometry that lets you relax without collapsing.
7 Zones In Different Sleeping Positions
Side sleeping: the shoulder goes deeper into the shoulder zone, while the lower back is not left hanging and the pelvis is supported.
Back sleeping: the pelvis and lumbar area sit in the more supportive zones, so you do not sink in the middle.
Changing positions: latex and the 7-zone geometry work together. The surface stays continuous, but the support under each part of the body is optimised for its role and weight.
A Cleaner Sleep Environment With BIO SUPPORT
BIO SUPPORT is an open system – natural latex with ventilation channels and a breathable cover. The goal is simple: no trapped moisture, no suffocating heat and a cleaner sleep environment on top of your existing mattress.
Air Circulation
Internal channels and open-cell latex help air move through the topper and away from the body during the night.
Moisture Control
The breathing structure helps move heat and moisture away more quickly than many standard closed foams.
Easy Care
A topper is easier to lift, air, rotate, inspect and refresh than a full mattress.
Open The Full Breathability And Hygiene Section
Ventilation Channels And Breathing Latex
BIO SUPPORT uses a combination of:
- vertical ventilation channels inside the latex
- transverse and longitudinal air channels along the surface
When you lie down, your body gently compresses the latex and creates a natural “pumping” of air through the material. This helps avoid a stuffy, overheated feeling, disperse moisture from perspiration more quickly, and distribute warmth more evenly instead of trapping it directly under you.
Hygiene And Moisture Control
- it does not trap moisture in one closed area like many dense foams
- the internal ventilation channels help moisture disperse through the core
- the topper profile makes it easier to lift, air and inspect if needed
Cover, Washing And Care
- remove the cover whenever you need to
- wash it at home on an appropriate programme, typically up to 40°C, without aggressive detergents
- air the bedroom regularly
- rotate the topper head-to-foot from time to time
The Cover Defines The First Touch
BIO SUPPORT is not only about the latex core. A large part of what you feel comes from the cover – the fabric, the light padding and the way the surface breathes.
Natural Cotton
The most breathable and dry feeling option. Ideal if you tend to sleep warm and want a very direct connection to the latex underneath.
Cotton + Wool
Dual-sided seasonal comfort with a fresher cotton side and a warmer natural wool side for cooler bedrooms and colder seasons.
Aloe Vera Blend
The most elastic and hugging cover, with a softer and more pronounced plush surface effect.
Cashmere + Silver
The most luxurious option – light, soft and smooth at the surface, with minimal static and a premium textile feel.
Open The Full Cover Explanation
All covers come with a zip, are washable up to 40°C and include a cotton wadding layer around 2 cm that adds extra comfort and a gentle plush feel on top.
- free from toxic finishes and aggressive chemicals
- suitable for sensitive skin
- allow the latex underneath to breathe and perform properly
How The Cover Affects Height And Feel
- latex core 8 cm + cover ≈ 10 cm overall height
- latex core 12 cm + cover ≈ 14 cm overall height
Think of the cover as the finishing layer. It defines the first impression when you lie down, while the latex determines the depth of support and how your body is actually carried.

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100
Confirms that the material has been tested for a wide range of harmful substances – heavy metals, formaldehyde, pesticides, plasticisers and volatile organic compounds. The standard includes a class that is safe even for babies, which is the strictest category for textiles in direct contact with the skin.
ECO-Institut
An independent German lab that measures emissions, VOC, and residual chemicals. ECO-Institut certification confirms that the latex does not release unwanted substances into normal home air over time and that the material meets strict limits for pollutants.
Hohenstein
A long-established institute in the field of textiles and foam products. Hohenstein acts as an independent tester and supply-chain partner, checking that the declared parameters match what is actually delivered in the final product.
Global Recycled Standard
GRS relates mainly to the textile components around the foam – outer fabrics, threads and other elements. It confirms that recycled materials are used with clear traceability of origin and that the supply chain follows verified sustainability practices.
EU Production, ISO Standards And Siemens Monitoring
- latex milk is mixed, frothed and poured into moulds
- the foam is vulcanised under controlled temperature and time
- blocks are washed, dried and stabilised before cutting
Siemens monitoring means that the production lines are digitally monitored: temperatures, cycle times, pressures and key process parameters are tracked and recorded.

15-Year Warranty
Protection for the latex core and construction under normal home use.
20–25 Year Lifespan
Real-world durability when used on a stable and ventilated base.
50-Night Trial
Test the topper in real sleeping conditions, not in a five-minute showroom moment.
Open The Full Warranty And Lifespan Section
Warranty covers permanent indentations deeper than 12% of the topper height. Smaller impressions are considered normal settling of the material and are not defects.
For stabilisation of the latex, rotate the topper head-to-foot at least 3 times during the first 6 months.
Example – How 12% Looks In A Real Claim
- about 1.0 cm on an 8 cm topper
- about 1.2 cm on a 10 cm topper
- about 1.5 cm on a 12 cm topper
- about 1.7 cm on a 14 cm topper
For every warranty claim we require a clear photo of the base under the topper, slats, platform or floor, showing that the indentation is not caused by a sagging, uneven or soft surface beneath it.

A latex topper on the mattress combined with latex pillows means:
- no weak link at neck level created by a low-quality synthetic pillow
- a more natural head–neck–spine alignment, because the material behaves the same under your body and under your neck
- a predictable, elastic response from the whole set – topper and pillows working together
From day one you receive a complete latex sleep set you can rely on. Later, if you wish, you can experiment with other pillow shapes – but you already start from a concept we consider a safe, high-quality solution.
