The premium cover combines a refined cashmere touch with anti-static silver-ion technology for a more finished textile surface.
The Role of the Cover
The cover is the final external layer and therefore completes the finished mattress dimensions. It controls textile touch, hygiene, washability and fire-compliance configuration. The anatomical and orthopaedic support continues to come from the natural Dunlop latex and coconut coir core.

Extra Firm comfort, not ordinary hardness.
This mattress is built for customers who want a seriously firm and stable sleep surface, but still want the elastic contact of natural Dunlop latex.
Firm, flat and controlled
The coconut coir layers work as natural stabilisers. They reduce deep compression and help the mattress keep a flatter orthopaedic response.
Latex keeps it responsive
Natural Dunlop latex keeps elastic contact, surface recovery and breathability, so the mattress does not feel like ordinary hard foam.
No soft sinking
This is not plush, not memory foam and not a wrapping mattress. The body stays higher on the surface with stronger positioning.
03 / Firmness system
Firmness is body regulation.
Coconut Coir Orthopaedic sits above our standard Extra Firm logic. It is designed for Extra Firm comfort with a more structural, more stable and more direct support response.
Hard Extra Firm Side
The coir layers sit closer to the sleep surface and create a firm, controlled feel close to deck-like stability.
Safe Firm Side
The opposite side has more latex before the body reaches the coir structure. It feels less sharp, more elastic and still firm.

05 / Two usable sides
Reinforced Extra Firm or lighter Extra Firm.
The 20 cm and 25 cm versions are built so the customer can rotate the mattress and choose between two controlled Extra Firm responses. The 20 cm uses one 5 × 1 cm coir section. The 25 cm adds a second 3 × 1 cm lower coir section for maximum control.
Hard Extra Firm Side
The coconut coir stabilising layers are positioned closer to the sleep surface. This gives maximum stability, minimal sinking and a more deck-like orthopaedic feel.
Safe Firm Side
The opposite side places more latex foam between the body and the reinforced structure. It remains firm, but feels less sharp and more elastic.

What to expect.
This is Extra Firm comfort, not plush softness
Expect a firm, stable and controlled surface. The reinforced side gives the most direct feel. The 20 cm and 25 cm versions can be rotated for a lighter Extra Firm response, but they remain firm mattresses.
The body stays higher on the surface
This model is designed to reduce deep sinking. It does not behave like memory foam and does not wrap around the body.
Who is this mattress for?
It is suitable for people who want a firm and stable mattress, dislike sinking, prefer sleeping on the mattress rather than inside it, or need a stronger orthopaedic surface.
Who should choose another model?
If you want soft plush comfort, hotel-style softness, deep wrapping or a cloud-like surface, Botanic Dual Plush or Bio Comfort may be a better direction.

11 / Delivery and setup
Set it up correctly.
Delivery
The mattress is delivered protected for transport. Heavier orthopaedic constructions should be handled by two people.
Setup
Place the mattress on the bed before full unpacking. Allow the structure to expand naturally and settle into shape.
Bed base
Use a stable slatted or suitable flat base. Heavy coir-reinforced versions are not first choice for highly flexible adjustable beds.
